Need Microsoft Excel file that creates XML based on an XSD

I have an XSD (attached). I know how to enable developer mode and add contents to an excel file to create the XML based on the XSD, but only if there is a single list. I need an excel file with this XSD in it that will allow me to add data that is not a single list only, ex. an "Employee" record that has multiple "WorkAssignment" entries (as maxOccurs=unbounded). I believe this may mean that the child lists have data on multiple tabs. Please see attached XSD. Thanks.
