Compile a Call List

We are a marketing company in the San Diego area. We need someone to compile a call list of businesses in our area for our team to cold call to make appointments. We are looking for companies that have websites but not a mobile ready site, or companies that have no website. They would need to be sorted so that we can tell the difference. We need the business name, location, phone number, email if applicable, and contact name. You can also include anything else you may think is helpful.
