I would like a try at this, though my bid may be too high. I envision a battery source, a microcontroller, an interface to a sensor. I would have to search for a sensor unless you have one in mind. My bid leaves room for shipping. Since the budget is in Indian Rupies I would have to include money for shipping in my bid. I also don't know yet what the sensor would cost. I'm an EE of 20+ years in scientific and medical instrumentation. I can do schematics in OrCAD, Eagle, or KiCAD. I can do layout in Eagle or PADS.

Hello, please see my profile. I think this is real industrial weight scale. Four load cells and electronic. And as side effect - detection of absolute weight change and maybe center of mass change. ARM. Pure C. Modbus RTU(or something else). CPU may be different if it has four differential analog channels +PGA+ ADC (sigma-delta) . Maybe something from Analog Devices or Silabs. Cost is prelimiary.
