c++ programmer with msxml knowledge

hello guys, this is a Simple work for some who knows what is he doing. I need a programmer who is skilled in c++ and can use MSXML parser. COM knowledge is preferable, Task is to send/recieve xml packets over TCP sockets, both endpoints of the socker are on the same machine, hence local sockets. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
