I have three peltier elements connected to a common cold aluminium plate. I want to run from a 5V power supply. To achieve different temperatures I need to supply each with different voltages (approx 4.5V, 3.5V, 2.5V). Need simple but cheap and efficient circuit to do voltage drop. Want to be able to run off a 9v battery as well as DC supply. Need to limit maximum voltage to peltiers also to limit maximum temperature.
