You have basically given all the details required on the project description (which is one of the most well written, I have seen here on FL, thanks!), except for a few points that we can discuss on messages or Skype. I am assembling a list of components and ideas right now, to make this proposal more exciting. Till I get that done, you could have a look at my previous projects to understand how professional and fast I am on designing and prototyping electronics projects. A few things I will need: * Are there two lamps? One for low, the other for high? (I suggest one lamp, and PWM dimming it) * PWM dimming? PWM is turning on and off a signal fast enough, for the human eye to perceive it as varying brightness (google it!) This will require Solid State Relays, or some other active, non-mechanical, switching device. General mechanical relays wear out over time, and aren't good for fast switching. They also make a bit of noise. * Budget!!!! How much do you wanna spend on the RnD, and if its a manufacturable product, how much on the end product?
