Data Entry to flat file system

Data entry for four categories of listings in Canada, as described below. This data will be eventually imported into a MYSQL database so formats, data types etc. should be consistent. In each category the legal name, the address (broken into separate fields for street number, street name, province, postal code, and Google map coordinates, either by common street name or latitude and longitude in separate fields shall be included. As well contact names, job position, telephone number and email address in separate fields shall be included. The data can be input by web scrapping, batch scan, or any other method you are capable of accomplishing, as long as you verify the integrity of the result. The job will be awarded to the person with the most cost and time effective solution. Included in the 4 categories are web addresses are 4 locations which may contain information helpful to the desired outcome. This information will be used to populate drop down lists in a web form. 1.
