Define a series of educational children apps for smartphones and tablets

ATTENTION: this no app PROGRAMMING job, but a job to define what the apps should look like. The job consists of 2 steps. Step 1: Define a series of educational children apps, that make sense pedagogically and didactically. So your job is: - define which categories of ages are necessary (e.g. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11-12) - define the different skills that children need to develop (e.g. memory, letters, words, recognizing numbers, …) - for each skill, define the age category or categories for which an app is necessary Step 2 : For each app of the matrix: define the functionality, the “story”, the interactions, the kind of text, the kind of images, the kind of animations, the kind of audio, … that are needed for each app. ATTENTION: No actual text writing, graphical illustration, programming, … is to be done in this step. Please read the FULL DESCRIPTION in attachment for more information about Step 1 and Step 2 BEFORE you send a proposal to me. Your proposal: Please give me a price quote for Step 1 and give me a price quote PER APP for Step 2 (here I need a price quote per app because at this moment, it is not sure yet how many apps will be needed: this number of apps will be the result of Step 1). Only apply if you know by education, profession and experience all the different skills that children need to learn and this for all their different ages between 2 and 12 years. Explain why you are qualified for this job. Show references to relevant relating work you did before. The content for the apps needs to be original so do not just copy exactly the existing apps in the Apple and Android app stores. The general idea of some of your apps can be similar to existing apps (especially of successful apps in the app stores). I need to own the full rights of the apps you design.
