Develop a Chatroom

I need an audio, video and text chatroom built. Something similar to Userplane, please visit their site. The chatroom will be tied to our member database on our social networking site, so we'll need a way to manage this. Things I need: - FAST. Ability to handle terabytes of bandwidth streaming, with over a thousand concurrent connections. Handle it with ease. - Audio/Video streaming - Stream multiple users ("docK" 4+ users at a time on audio and/or video) - user created chat rooms that auto delete when empties and admins have the option to delete it also - site created rooms that don't get deleted - ability to give select members "admin" abilities to kick, ban, or silence (make it so when the silenced member types, admin approval is required). Admins should also be able to view A/V feeds from other rooms. - instant messenger with A/V feature - banner placements in chat and messenger - ability for members to "block" others from viewing their A/V and text - send friend requests - private messaging in chatroom - link to the users profile, display member profile pic and details (age, gender, etc) - timeout users after a set period of time so they don't waste bandwidth - limitations in rooms to help balancing - a "report abuse" button that copies the chat log and allows member to report a specific user. report gets sent to us Further details will be discussed in PM.
