Delphi database programming - Firebird

I would like to hear from several programmers who are able to work on a database CRM program written in Delphi 2010 and using the DevExpress and Chilkat Mail components and Firebird. You need to be familiar with these components. I have several jobs which need to be done. I need some Delphi code to be integrated into an existing database project, which is a simple customer relationship management system. I want to generate a simple report in HTML or PDF format by processing a HTML page template which contains certain tags. Your program code should replace these tags (for example "<FIRSTNAME>" with data from the database. So the code needs to parse the template and insert data as needed from the database. This is a very simple project to start with, so reasonable bids please. Fixed budget for this is one 40 USD. If this project goes well there will be plenty of follow up work. I am looking for several Delphi programmers to work with long term on different Delphi projects. As usual I will prefer bidders who can send me a compiled (very basic) demo project which shows your use of Firebird, DevExpress components.
