Dedicated Server set up through WHM

I have a dedicated server which has WHM installed. I need it setting up from there. The main things I need are: 1. set up of 2 main user accounts, with ability to create resell accounts. 2. set up hostname, Primary and secondary Nameservers 3. migration from other servers of a few existing cpanel accounts which have add on domains on them too, Thats it. Pretty simple. But Not to me!
