Data entr for arenabpo

I need 3000 links to be extracted from sites such as dmoz and other free directories, search engines and inserted into categories at all4man dot net through Submit your site form. I would need the site address, description and keywords (not more then 5=8 per entry)saved to separate txt file, at second txt file I need email of site admin (if available) to be saved at raw just one by one. Will release payment by means of scriptlance escrow account upon satisfaction.
