We need someone to build a comprehensive database for us consisting of name/email/phone/address for all businesses/companies for the following professions: 1. Radiology (x-ray etc) 2. Dental 3. Chiropractic 4. Occupational Therapy 5. Speech Pathology 6. Exercise Physiology 7. Osteopathy 8. Podiatry 9. Sonography 10. Individual providers need to also be added where they are operating alone however all the names of the professionals under each business/company do not need to be provided. This needs to be comprehensive and done with great detail in order to not mistake email addresses names or missed businesses. 50% payed at commencement and 50% at satisfactory completion. Thank you
