Fast paced Real Estate Appraisal office is looking for an appraiser assistant and admin. Duties include data entry and research using MRIS, county websites, calling realtors, etc. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, reliable, and keep a professional demeanor in the office and over the phone. Real Estate Appraisal experience and MRIS experience required. Part Time will lead to Full Time Responsibilities: •Appraisal Data Entry •Collect Data From MRIS, County Websites, and local Realtors •Plan and schedule appointments •Work with Total, Microsoft Office and Outlook Qualifications: •Previous real estate appraisal experience required •Familiarity with Total and MRIS •Ability to prioritize and multitask •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong attention to detail •​Strong organizational skills Qualified candidates should send their resume with the following in the subject line: Organized Data Entry Clerk.
