After a small test period to ensure that you understand the project, I would like to contract 8 hours per day for a 1 week test. If this is successful we will look to expand gradually. In total I am looking for up to 250 hours per week which may be spread across a number of individuals. My company carries out ‘secret shopper’ calls on our clients’ competitors across a range of industries. Your role will be to enter client details into enquiry forms on websites to generate calls from those companies. We will be provide you with a number of profiles and several different sectors to fill in with the secret shopper profiles. Each profile will have the following details; First Name Second Name Email Telephone Number Address Post Code Date of Birth You will not always need all of these details for each application but your agent will choose what is required according to the application form. There will on occasion be extra questions asked which are not covered on the profile information, for example if you are applying for debt help they may want to know how much debt the applicant is in. If this question is asked please use common sense and put in something along the lines of £15,000. Another example would be when applying to claim on an accident or injury they may ask for you to submit some details on what happened – in these instances I would say you were involved in a car accident and that your injury was whiplash (if there are any other instances of this please get in touch and we will decide the best route). In some cases the callback form is not on the first page and you may have to find it on the contact page or similar. Basically we are trying to get the company to call one of our agent so we can go through a secret shopper call, the goal is to generate a many telephone responses as possible. I would estimate that 1 individual can make about 800-1000 entries per day. It is not important which websites the details are entered in to as long as the enquiry generates a call from the company. Some examples of websites to send enquiries to would include: debt management, ppi, pension advice, solar energy car hire, house purchase, house rental etc. The same website should not be used more than once per week.
