DATA ENTRY from paper printout into an excel spreadsheet

I am interested in receiving a quotation from you. Our small business needs a single small project transferring a customer printout to a spreadsheet. To transcribe records from a paper printout (which I would provide as a scanned pdf copy) into an excel spreadsheet. The entire document is as follows: 3 columns. 3574 lines. Each line needs to be formatted as follows (example given) Paper version: Number Name Address email 1000 Mr Alec Jones 2 Silver Avenue Sydney NSW 2000 xxxx @ domain . com into spreadsheet Number Title Firstname Lastname Address City State Postcode email 1000 Mr Alec Jones 2 Silver Avenue Sydney NSW 2000 xxxx @ domain . com OCR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE THE DOCUMENT QUALITY IS NOT SUFFICIENT. It will require careful, manual transcription. The font is quite small so extra care is needed because of the possible confusion between "i", "l" and "1" for example. My needs are that the data entry be completely accurate and that the customer information be treated with complete confidentiality. You will need to say in your bid how you would manage these issues. Please advise your costs and ability to take on this project. (Note, expect that this would approximately 19 hours to complete based on 20 seconds per record entry).
