data entry from MS Word to Database

We are looking for someone to work through a list of companies and data entry (copy & paste) from one document into our database. The job entails the following format: Company Name Address Tel Number Fax Number Email URL You would be copying from MS Word into our online database. We would also like the applicant to conduct a quick check on the internet as some companies do not have a URL, we would also like the applicant to data entre any Universities & Collages found into another list.
