The basics of entering the data are probably the easiest to do once the data is sorted. So I am happy to work on this project. I am an Oracle specialist and have worked with data for over 10 years, so you are in good hands.
What I need to know is:
What sort of data is it : eg. medical record, shop data,
Where will we get the data from
What sort of documents are they. That is are they paragraph like documents where we need to extract the data or are they column based documents.
Where are we entering the data into. A database , website , excel sheet ?
Thus for "consistent and standardised" I can give you any format you want and will spend some time with you on this.
For example we if it was a basic health record we could have a format FirstName, LastName, DOB, Address1 , Address2, Address3, Comments, Ailment, Date of Visit
