Copy and Paste PDF snapshots into a flashcard program called ANKI

I have several PDFs, which when taken together contain in the neighborhood of 3000 questions, each with answer and explanation. I need a snapshot of each question and answer to be pasted into open source flashcard program called ANKI. Attached is a short video that shows what I need done. In writing here's what I need: 1. Use Acrobat and its snapshot tool to copy the question with a fixed 125px resolution and paste this into the question field of ANKI. 2. Then take a snapshot of the explanation and past that into the answer field of ANKI. + Keep in mind that not all of the original answers fit in one page, so you may need to take a second snapshot of a second page for completeness (keep out duplicate information and wasted space). 3. Using a second PDF, which you have copied and made text searchable using the Acrobat OCR feature (I recommend using the clearscan OCR feature in Acrobat), copy and paste the text of the answer field from the PDF into the answer field of ANKI. + The reason I want OCR on a copy and not on the original is because the file will grow very large with traditional OCR or there will be data loss. Clear scan will actually make the file smaller with some loss of the image (which is not a problem in the copy). I am not concerned with exact accuracy of the copied text, I just need the bulk of it to be there so I am able to do a search of the flash cards using ANKI search tool.
