Assemble list of stores across USA from "Find a Store" search pages

We need to compile a list of certain stores across the United States. I will give more information to the hired freelancer about specifically which websites we should be searching, using their "Find a Store" feature. As an example, see this link for finding a DirecTV authorized retailer: [login to view URL] In this example, you would need to compile a list of all DirecTV authorized retailers across the United States using this search function on their website. You are free to do this in whatever way you find most efficient — writing a scraping utility, automatically plugging in every ZIP code, etc. Of course we will NOT be doing this for DirecTV — this is just an EXAMPLE. There will be five websites that you need to perform this same activity for. The final list you produce should include name, address, city, state, ZIP, phone number, and any additional information that each "Find a Store" page offers (e.g., email). We need this in CSV or Excel format.
