i can do trobleshooting and provide a solution on dns settings or a workaround if solution is not feasible.

if you receive from and send to hotmail&gmail accounts, problem sounds to me as if it may be a relay problem.

There may be several reason for which the email could be blocked. Anyway we can start by adding the spf records. I have 3+ years experience with Office365/Exchange/Google email systems and have experience adding SPF records and email domain authentication.

We need to see where we are lacking. Sometime if system is using OS to send emails in that case if FQDN is not resolved , then the counter part mail server will reject. to isolate either we can configure separate SMTP account to send daily report or ask mail server admin to check queue viewer if we can find the mai is in queue and once we have logs we can easily figure out.
