Craigslist Auto Listing Program

Looking to get a program to automatically list on Craigslist. The program should work like this. I will enter a zip code, it will automatically find the correct city it is associated with, if that city it not a city that CL offers, then it will select the nearest city to that one. Next there should be a scroll down with the categories where I can select the correct category to place the ad on CL (for sale, sevices, etc) and obviously another scroll down with that categories subs. A space for the normal things CL requires to input (title, price, location, description) It can then take me to the verification screen of CL to enter the security photo and complete the listing, unless that too can be done by the software. The program will be used by a few different people, so make sure that it is able to accommodate more than one CL account holder. Payment will obviously be made after I have tested it.
