Copywriting of handwritten LaTeX notes

What I need: I have five pages of handwritten equations that needs to be written into LaTeX. Depending on your LaTeX skills it should take from 2 to 10 hours to perform this task If you do not think that you are capable of doing the task within 10 hours this task is NOT for you! Specific reauirements: I have following special needs that must be fullfilled: 1) All differential d's should be made with custom made command ud, defined by newcommand{ud}{mbox{d}}. Example: frac{ud f(x)}{ud x}. 2) The command frac{nummerator}{denominator} should be used for all fractions 3) All equations should be made in the equation enviroment. 4) All equations should be readable and "pretty" on A4 pages. That is, long equations should be seperated into several lines in a nice way if nessecary. 5) All vectors should be made with the command vec{x} 6) Operators (symbols with a ^ on top) are made with the command op{H} and the command is defined by newcommand{op}[1]{hat{#1}}. 7) All superscripts and subscripts must be set outside of vector and operator enviroments. Ex. you write vec{x}_1 and NOT vec{x_1}. Other: You are allowed to use any free-to-use/open source LaTeX packages such as AMSTex. Delivery: I expect that you will be able to deliver within 36 hours after recievment of my handwritten notes. I will pass you the notes upon accepted bid.
