Copy Writer to Write or Re-Write the Content of a 3-Email Series to Customers

--------------------------------- Business Description --------------------------------- Boutique Wineries ([login to view URL]) is an online boutique wine gateway, currently representing over 130 wineries from wine regions all over Australia. Boutique Wineries focuses on providing customers with easy and convenient access to the wines made by many of Australia’s finest, yet small, boutique wineries. This access gives the customer the opportunity to enjoy beautiful wines that are otherwise difficult to find. Many of our customers know Boutique Wineries as the place to find that particular wine that they once tasted on a winery tour, and yet haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Boutique Wineries is also “the place” to enjoy wines with a difference. While there are over 2,000 wineries in Australia, the customer will be hard pressed to find the majority of them except at their cellar doors! So, there are a lot of beautiful, fine wines out there that we just don’t ordinarily get to hear about... wines from all of the wine regions across Australia. When ordering through Boutique Wineries, the customers are ordering direct from the winery, just as if the customer were at the cellar door. The winery packages the wine and sends it straight to the customer. -------------------------- Project Purpose -------------------------- The purpose of this project is to create a 3-email series to existing customers of www.BoutiqueWineries.com.au. The 3-email series will be sent to customers following dispatch of their wine order, as a follow-up to ensure they are happy with the service, their wine and suggest that they make another order. ---------------------------- Project Scope ---------------------------- The scope of this project is to create a 3-email series targeted to [login to view URL] customers following dispatch of their wine order. There are to be 3 emails in the series; each a maximum of 4 paragraphs in length. The subject of each email shall be as follows: Email 1. Ask for a review of the wine they just ordered and/or a testimonial about their experience with [login to view URL] Email 2. Ask them to refer [login to view URL] to their wine-loving friends. To do this, the customer shall be referred to [login to view URL] Email 3. Make a suggestion that the customer return to [login to view URL] to make another wine purchase. Suggested email content will be provided. This provided content can be re-written into a more creative writing style; or you can write the emails from scratch, with the provided emails providing a basis for the intention of the emails. The emails will be supplied to you in Word document format. The copy shall catch the attention of the reader, be friendly and be both interesting and compelling to read. The format of the copy shall be easy to read, i.e. have short sentences and short paragraphs. ----------------------------- Your Experience ----------------------------- You shall be a copywriter with excellent English writing skills and with an ability to write copy that is friendly, interesting and compelling to read.
