Brochure layout and design

I need a 16 page company brochure It will be professionally printed in a book form by us. 1st page should be and introduction to the company something like enclosed word doc. Then 7 pages about contract catering and the services we supply And 8 pages about the hotels we have. We currently have 3 hotels one in The town of Agedabya and two in Tripoli, and one due to open soon in Benghazi. Or you can use stock photos the photos are not really important at the moment , we are more interested in the layout and text, the text must be original and not just a copy and paste from our present brochure If you want to bid on this please submit 1 page as a sample of your work. Before you bid please read this and make sure you understand what I need.
