Design Attractive Announcement from a Turd of a Word Doc

Hello to all of you creative people! I have a real basic 'flyer' that needs to be polished from a turd into a diamond. There are many things in life I can do....design is not one of those. I need somebody who can work their magic on the design of our one page 'sales' letter. There are a few things that HAVE to be included: - NEBOSH Logo - Our company Logo - Picture of the trainer - Colour scheme similar to our logo (blues) - I need it to be printable on A4 paper and/or be able to deliver via email. We will use this for email and posting to our clients. If need be, it's ok to have two different versions. The logos/text are included in the zipped file. The wording needs to remain the same (unless I need to change a few details) I would prefer the document to be M.S. Publisher or something similar so I can change it if need be. If you have some fancy schmancy application that you use...no worries. I just need it to come correct. Please only bid if you have some experience in this.....I would like to see some examples of your work. Better yet, take my brief here knock up a mock up and screen shot it for me to look at. Please note...my budget is tight as listed. If you are going to spend hours and hours with this thinking you are getting a boat load of cash for this, this is not your job to bid on. If you are new to Freelancer and want to build your rep...have a go! If you have any questions, fire them over. I hope to find my 'design person' as I have a couple of other projects in the pipe.
