ColdFusion/Zendesk Single Sign On

We have a Coldfusion-based portal that needs to integrate with Zendesk. We would like the SSO process to be coded, with a struct of information of a fake user, so that this user could auto-login to Zendesk. We plan to either have the login happen during logging into the portal, or more likely as they leave the portal and access the support center at Zendesk. We would like to make sure that the correct file also exists to support that SSO if they login from Zendesk first for some odd reason. End goal would be functional code that we can drop into our system, replace the fake struct of user information with our real struct and point it to our Zendesk install.
