Copy 2 pages of webpage and convert it into a html site.

Hi freelancers , I need someone to help me copy the exactly webpage into html with all images in the webpage . The copied webpage / html site must be functionable. Source : [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] 1st task : [login to view URL] -copy it exactly the same as the site and convert it to simple html page 2nd task : [login to view URL] -copy it exactly the same as the site and convert it to simple html page - wider the white box and beside the social network button, add a simple contact form 255px x 19px(with Name , Phone number and Description 255px x 19px each field ) , between the contact form and social network button add a word "OR" . If you guys do not understand this part please refer to the image . The company logo make it editable , I know how to change manually with html/css code .
