Custom project for NoPro - repost

Open Source Bounty: Need c++ expert for making following enhancement to open source media server app [login to view URL] as follows: 1 - Add HLS streamout feature by integrating node.js or similar webserver. 2 - Add support for automatic stream archival in VOD folder creating hourly files of live streams. Please note that, A - add switch in config files for both of above features to turn feature on and off. B - current app features like low cpu, memory and multiple instance per pc should remain same way. C - implement the features as plug-ins to the main app so that there's no licensing conflict.
