Hi, I professionally develop surveillance systems. Check PM for video sample of my similar algorithm.

I have direct experience analyzing black and white image frames from a CMOS camera in C code, that was used to control an automatic integrated circuit inspection machine. Providing a real-time indication of the (right or left) hand center of mass, and extent of the finger positions ( spreading and height ) is possible in the timeframe. I would proceed with a 100% C++ code implementation, using real data to test the code and produce the real-time output. The customer can provide some data from the camera to assist in the code development.
