Completion of an unfinished extension project

I have a midi- and score editor under development, and this project is about completing a preceding, unfinished project. This unfinished project came quite far, but there are a number of things left, and some formal testing to be done. The budget is meant to reflect the fact that some time will be needed to get into the code, and to understand what has been done up to this point, as well as the testing. However, the hard part of the project is completed, the graphical objects in place, though not fully correct in every way, but I don’t judge the remaining part as so demanding. The basic, unfinished project is about expanding the MIDI-editor with new functionalities and objects which allow the user to create what I call an "analysis/design project". This will be implemented as a set of graphical objects and functions (almost already done). When the user wants to create an "analysis/design project", the UI will fetch various parameters from the user, after which the set of objects will be created and graphically displayed on horizontal panels in the MIDI Editor. The graphical objects will all be editable and savable, including the option to undo. There will be no extension to the sound functionalities. This description is only a overview, and I will send the detailed requirements document including use cases and tests to those interested. You may of course change your bid after you get the details. The project uses MFC.
