C++ Windows service for PCAPNG sniffer with app info

I need a project to be written in Visual Studio 2012 in unmanaged C++. Software Elements (also used for milestones): 1. Installation Install a windows service with automatic startup to start the application. During the installation the user will be shown the list of network interfaces and will select the interfaces to record, which will be saved to the configuration file of the app. 2. Run mode a. A tray icon will be displayed when the service is running, and right clicking on it will allow the user to: re-define the interfaces to record, change individual file size limits, and change number of total files (and re-write the config file accordingly). b. Once the app is loaded it will sniff traffic from all the selected interfaces to a pcapng file format according to the max file size, when a file hits the limits it will roll to a new file. Once the number of total files limit is hit, the oldest file will be deleted and a new file will be created (thus, there's a file ring storage mode) c. This is the tricky bit - the pcapng should not only store the packet data, in addition the app will save the command line of the sending/receiving app in the comments field of the packet (this is new to pcapng, pcap doesn't have this field) General note: The code needs only to rely on winpcap, boost and stl - no other packages are allowed unless approved by me in advance!
