deployment clasp for a watch

We want a strong deployment clasp that can be 3d machined out of a billit of 316l steel. We need it to be 18mm to 19mm wide 36 to 40mm long and about 5 to 6mm high and curve arround a wrist that is 7.25 to 8inches in diameter and corners champhored edges and have 8 to 10 micro adjustments for the braclet to go into the clasp internally without any holes on the outside... then have a fold over retention bar on top...the micro adjustments we want 1mm apart and have an internal locking mechanism with a button inside the clasp to move it smoothly then lock like a tank...with a little rack and pinion maybe inside to glide it smooth so the watch braclet can fit someone easy. When locked it has to be strong and hold up to 300 pounds when pulled in case someone falls. Look at the Rolex Submariners clasp as a reference...when closed it will have a friction snap of at least 2 to 2.5 newton meters of force to close. The Guage of metal is up to you.
