looking for a development company that is an expert on the backend architecture itself: ASP.NET 4.5.1 MVC 5 (C#). to Customize AuctionWorx software to make it more suitable for real estate auction. the developer should be familiar with Google Map API. It would be an asset if the developer has experience in AuctionWorx Customization or AuctionWorx's web service API. here are the features I would like to have : 1, map related features. display listings from any search result in map view or list view( list view feature is already available). 2, display individual listing in map view or street view. 3, saved search criteria and related features. registered user can save search criteria and retrieve that criteria later. user will receive new listing email when a new listing comes out and meets the saved criteria. 4, eligibility for bidding. check credit card authorization hold. Before bid is submitted, the system checks and places a credit hold on the bidder account. 5, attachment to listing. when creating listing, user and upload file as attachment. attachment will show on listing details page. user can view and download attachments on listing detail page.
