The project is to create a C# windows service to integrate our application to the contact contact (Email Marketing) API. We need to send BULK email to our client customers. This is not spam, but only customer who want to be inform. Our clients are bank and other important company. The project is a 1-3 months contract. Contains, MSSQL 2000, C# .NET 3.5 and inter-connection with Constant Contact API. Thank you.
