c++ to vb

I have a program written in VC++ 6.0 which I have as well but have no idea how to program in it. So I want to convert to VB6. The VC app that I have uses unsigned int and bit shift operators(that is not supported in VB) so you should be familiar with this situation. So what your bidding for is to convert the VC++ to VB , commented code and explanations. You MUST be available through an instant messenger or email. I do not want someone who accepts the job and disappears alot for days. As you can see, I have a high rating on RAC and am very fair to coders along with bonus payments. The VC++ source code has only 200 lines of code(with comments) Thank you
