Chart Creation in Visual Studio 2012 with Microsoft Chart Controls

Program should be written in C language using visual studio 2012 C++ of Win32 Application . In Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 with Microsoft Chart Controls we have to plot huge number of data to chart. Lets say the Visual Studio 2012 application will take [login to view URL] file and parse the file with format (Hot coded format) and then plot them in to Chart or Graph. Since its a huge data, we should plot all the data from the [login to view URL] file. after the graph is plotted we can be able to zoom in a section of the graph and zoom out since we can see the small variation in graph. Note: There can be multiple parser element which need to plotted in to chart separately. ex) Car Project can have , Speed , temperature , rpm .. respective to time for every 10ms and can run 20 mins. which will have millions of data to updated to chart. So we will have Three chart here 1.) Speed 2.) temperature 3.) RPM. My Requirement is that I need a framework for this and where in code i can customize my parser for new data latter, new chart latter and combine to data in to one chart ... So I expect framework code which will have to parsing data as in above example(Speed , temperature , rpm) in the [login to view URL] and the create chart for three data. I expect some one who has already worked on the Microsoft Chart Controls shall show me there application already the designed.
