Automated Browser Management Tool (IE, Firefox, Chrome)

Job Description Hello, We need a tool developer for Microsoft Windows platform (XP, Vista, 7) that works with the following browsers: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome. We need this software for automatically managing hundreds of computers on our intranet. The software should work as follows (briefly): - Every 3 hours, the Exe should connect to a URL specified to download a bunch of "rules" - Each rule consists of a redirection rule. It will say for example: Redirect X to Y. Meaning if user goes on "odesk.com" he should instead be redirected to "google.com" . This is needed for web filtering. - Each URL visited should be logged and submitted to a URL every 6 hours. Please note that this is not a browser addon but instead an application that runs a process with Explorer The preferred language is VB or Delphi however C/C++ will work too. We DO NOT WANT .NET applications. Full source must be provided and program must work perfectly upon testing. ONLY EXPERIENCED PEOPLE WHO HAVE WORKED WITH BROWSERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
