Auto Youtube "mp3" uploader application

some details about the new project. - The application should check 1 fix directory when i start it, and upload every .mp3 files to youtube. (With background, and i think it should conver to other type instead of mp3.) - The application should only run / check the folder when i start it. - It should gathering all .mp3 files from a directory - And upload step by step to Youtube (Under my account) - Each .mp3 files should have a "fix" background - The video name should be the Artist-Title from ID3 It should work on Windows.
