C# App for simple filemangement / XML creation, urgent

I need a simple C# application for Windows developed I already do have the general layout ready and some of the basic structure is ready as source. UI layout will be provided to developer I need a first version of the application with all functions included by Sunday / Monday. -Dont bid if you dont time at the moment! - Good English communication skills required - Developer must have good reachability thru MSN or Skype What shall it do: - open a folder with a set of images and XML files - copy certain files into another folder + let the user add more files to it. - open 2 differrent XML with a certain structure, which contains a list of images + descriptions and URLs - show the content of each tag in an editable box / let the user add items and save the xml again. - executes a single PHP script (on windows e.g. Phc-win can be used) - create a zip file Source code must be provided by developer -------- Once this application is completed, it will go to phase 2, which will include - among other things - creating thumbnails of PDFs, inserting links according to XML file, text extraction from PDF
