Data Scraping standalone application

The application is a warning/notice system that is a standalone software package running 24x7 on Windows 7 64 bit system.  It constantly scans ebay, scrapes certain data, uses that data in complex formulas I have provided in attached xls file ( you must review this file before bidding so you are comfortable with the skill level required to do this ) and produces 2 small popup warning windows based on certain time variables and calculations. Will search EBAY in a similar fashion to free ebay search application at [login to view URL] which gets data from ebay also, but auctionsieve is passive and does not do ongoing active scraping, only when you activate a sieve, it also does not have a small popup window warning system and it does not provide some very specific variables and calculations I need done DETAILS XLS file ATTACHED How to search Ebay and all of the data I need from the resulting Ebay descriptions found by the search, how it is defined as variables and the formulas used to generate the 2 warning windows etc etc are all in the attached excel file I will provide an ebay ID and password to the winning quote
