Allowing only certain websites to work on a PC

I have 12 computers... each one is in a different location meaning there not within the same network. I have employees that are accessing [login to view URL], [login to view URL], porn, etc... I would like something that allows only websites I allow. I would like to be able to remotely change these sites at any given time and also remove any sites. This can be done using ftp or a server that I already have, whatever the reason may be I'm willing to work with it. If you have any ideas/suggestions because maybe it can be customer browser that allows only certain websites to work.. maybe a program that works with IE that only allows websites saved in favorites to work and nothing else. So you can't type in the URL and you can only access whatever that's in the favorites which i can modify only. Or any other way possible.... some one please help :)
