Article Posting Software

Need an article software that will post my article to the top 10 article directories. I would like the software to be easy updated since I will want to add more article directories to the software...and the user interface should be very easy to use. I'm most concerned with the reliability of the article posts. It seems there are a lot of article posting software, but most of it, is unreliable.. This software must be extremely reliable and do the job it's supposed to do, which is to submit articles to the article directories... I'm not concerned with trying to avoid captchas.. If the site requires captcha input, the user can do that manually while using the software... I would also like all the links to the directories in the software and the ability for the user to save all their usernames and passwords for the article directories.. No automated sign up process is needed in the software. The user can simply click on the link to the article directory in the software and then sign up with a username and password, then the software will save that username and password. If the user already has a username and password for a particular article directory, just make the software, where they can easily put in their existing username and password and save it... I also understand that every article submission is not the same on every site, but I do want 1 easy to use interface for all the article submissions... User must only have to fill out 1 form and then when they submit, it will submit to all 10 article directories.. The user may need to fill in a captcha if necessary while the submission process is taking place. I also want the software to verify that it did make the submission properly, so the user knows the article was submitted. Remember, the reliability and ease of use are the key points when making this software... I've had over 30 software applications created and I know what quality I'm looking for and also I will know if the software looks cheap and unreliable... I'm looking for someone who is already experienced in this type of software... Submission software can be difficult, so please do not bid unless you are experienced in making submission software... Just because you think you can make it, doesn't mean you can... I don't want any guesswork here, just someone who knows what they are doing... I also want this software back within 2 weeks, so if you are working on too many applications right now, do not bid on this project...
