Custom Desktop Application

Our team is looking for an independent freelance programmer with years of experience in application development to create a stand alone custom desktop application. We need a tool that can flag ads on Craigslist in any category or city we want in the United States ONLY. The program must be setup with a tree list of drop downs where we can check all the cities and categories we want to flag ads in, and the software should be able to search through those cities and flag using the SPAM/OVERPOST button on Craigslist for each ad. We do not want to flag any ad on there, only ads that have keywords we put in. We also need an area to put direct links to ads we want to flag if we cannot find the keywords in the search. In addition, we need a spot where we can flag any ads that DO NOT include the keywords we put into the application. This must be able to scrape from proxy lists and import them accordingly, or use the stand alone internet connection on our computers without using proxies.
