Hi Freelancing Architects and Draftsman, I require the skills of an architect or draftsman (or woman) who is experienced designing plans to Australian standards. You will be required to understand individual council design requirements, floor space ratio's, open space requirements, shadowing, site context, design response and neighbourhood character. The type of dwellings we are looking to have designed are single and double story residential homes, townhouses and units. This job will be a preliminary trial of: a) one set of architectural designs / plans These plans will form part of a town planning application for development approval with a local Melbourne council. Please indicate your experience (Australian experience is a benefit to your application), some similar examples in your portfolio and your quote. Thanks Cameron

We are please to commit to the above project to produce the required drawings for the propose of the required building permit and to allow the builder carry out his work onsite. Our bid shall cover the drafting issues for the drawings. The project manager shall liaison with other consultants (land surveyor, soil investigation, fire rating, energy report, structural engineer, etc.) along our drawings to compile the required information for the building births.
