I need a blog to supplant the current last blog regarding Christmas parties as it is just so out of date. I’d like to use it in two places: the private sector page [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and the public sector page: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] That might mean just small tweeks? I have attached a file with some taped discussion which I think could be used as the basis of an interesting topic. Not sure what the end of the story is – I think it could go a number of ways eg performance management, or leadership, or diagnostics…. We have a couple of possible downloads we could go with – performance management or Job Description template if we wanted. Or happy just to end with nothing at this point. Style We are looking for a blog or a linked in style article a bit on the more real /less polished / less corporate / more conversational / more straight from the person end of the spectrum. If it doesn’t work with Linked in then we will just blog them on facebook / website / and then email them to our mailing list. We are looking for it to look like Rob just wrote it and sent it directly to our clients. The Shelby one is for govt so possibly just a bit more formal… YourHRonTap is for small to medium businesses which isn’t clear from the website… I just looked at the two blogs on the Shelby website – they were very successful – we sent it to our client database and they opened and read them and talked to us about them) – that style is what we’re looking for: [login to view URL]
