BLE Tool to APP communication and a simple APP

We are in the final stages of developing a hardware device that is set to be introduced in the mid to late summer. This hardware device will communicate via BLE to a phone and have a relatively simple app to display the sensor data from the hardware device. We are looking for a programmer that can do the programming necessary to get the device connected to mobile phones and tablets and the APP programmed. The firmware for the hardware device will be written by us, the only programming necessary will be for the APP that is going in the iOS and Android app store. We have pseudo-code diagrams of the APP (which is only two screens, not counting the loading/ splash screen) and can also provide the protocol and help to connect the hardware device to the APP. We are ready to start the programming of the screens and app flow now and once the device's firmware is ready, we can perform the connection to the device. The programmer would need to have experience putting APPs into the iOS and Android APP stores as well as experience with updating the APPs as the requirements of those stores changes. A good job on this will result in an ongoing relationship for not only this product but a family of products that will spring from this initial idea providing increasing and steady work for the freelancer. This idea is currently funded and work can commence immediately upon identification of the correct candidate. Programmer must be proficient enough in English to communicate with us. Proficiency in Mandarin and or Spanish is also a big plus.
