AutoHotKey Game Script

I need you to make a AutoHotKey script Which will scan for images and do certain tasks. For this simple script, I need the script to scan the whole screen, search for my name(shown in the related image) and then right click repeatedly on the character below that name, that way another user can follow someone without actually being behind the computer. Name must be taken from a image file, so the name could be easily replaced(or some other method) so someone else could be followed. And some other basic functions like start/stop with F6 and F7. Maybe GUI with check-in ticks? If this is doable by you, some other similar type tasks will be added in the future if the basic function(following a character) works. Screen size(hence the name size) can be relative, depending on what resolution the user is playing. Do note that the name can be anywhere in the screen, not just middle. So if a character is away from screen range, the following stops. But if it returns the following should continue. Game download size is 130Mb, so would be best if you download this and test it there.
