Convert sketchup house plans to final blueprints ready to build house

I have already drawn our house in Sketchup and now I need someone to take the design and make the master floorplans to build our house. I have attached a copy of the floorplans from our area to give you an example of what the final deliverable should look like. These plans will include: 1. Main Level Floor Plan 2. Basement Level Floor Plan 3. Bonus Room (Above Garage) Floor Plan 4. Roof Plan 5. Foundation Plan 6. Cross sections as required to show detail 7. Elevations (Front, Rear, Left & Right) 8. Site Plan (I will provide details of site as well as house location on site. Other Requirements 1. All measurements should be done using the imperial scale (Feed & Inches) 2. Scale = ¼” = 1 Foot 3. In order for payment to be released plans need to be accepted by my local county building office. Here is a list of their requirements: Plans are required for the structure you are to build. No penciled in revisions. (Plan changed by the draftsman, engineer or architect). Plans shall include a site plan, foundation plan, floor plan, roof framing plan (if not engineered trusses), front elevation, shear compliance with section 602.10 of the IRC for each wall when applicable and typical construction detail. Energy Code compliance report required for residential structures. Energy code compliance report required for other buildings if heated or substantially lighted. Floor plan shall be drawn to 1/4” scale for structures less than 5,000 sq. ft. Most commercial structures will require engineer stamped plans.
