Dear Sir, Myself Vikas design Engineer from India, having 10 yrs experience in plastics and metal product design, mold design, with various Engg Cad 3d cad softwares like Cimatron, Unigraphics and Autocad. I always told to every customer to make first 3d model so that customer can see in actual design, and can tell modification according to this. After that 2d drawing can export to autocad for manufacturing purpose. Now a days many furniture makers making parts on CNC machine so they require 3d models in proper format.
